    赢在适应

    常常看到周围的人在不停地换工作,并抱怨这样那样啦······
    连我家阿姨的的女儿在新天地工作了三年,最近也想换工作了。原因是企业实行了新的规章制度,增加了压力。对于一个只有初中文化的孩子,月工资能拿到2500元已经不错了,换了工作、工资从底薪开始算不说,新的工作必有新的制度,也会有新的压力,她这样浮躁、害怕压力,也不一定能胜任新的工作。
    我的顾客群里,有很多是白领。以前来我店里购物,凡是看中就刷卡,现在不是了,挑挑拣拣,讨价还价,实在喜欢的,最多买二、三件衣服。我一问才知道,今年年初公司不仅不发年终奖什么的,而且还下浮工资30%,所以这些白领们要能省则省······这些小白领没有不服气地去换工作,而是去适应公司里的变化。
    记得以前我厂技术科要通过考试精简办公室人员,有位身怀三甲的同事,不顾妊娠反应,极其辛苦,认真地复习迎考。到了预产期前一周,还挺着大肚子进修《机械制图》。功夫不负有心人,她的工作岗位从制图升级到审查图纸。但在那个年代,她仍有危机感,于是她把女儿交给母亲照顾,再去进修国家标准化课程······她珍惜机会,不断努力。付出终于得到回报,一家上市公司收购我厂,在一千多名员工下岗的情况下,她凭着多份证书和学历,轻松地到这家上市公司的总经理办公室担任档案工作,再去适应新的环境······
    过程很辛苦,但付出必有回报;
    制度增加压力,但努力必能胜任。
    现在很多做服饰生意的人纷纷倒闭,他们浮躁地怪罪诸多社会问题······但在不利因素下,为何不多点努力去作市场调研、分析,从而适应呢?
    我几乎是放弃了一切娱乐,而去适应、坚持,然后再生存······
    浮躁的人,即使换了N份工作,都不会做好一份工作。
    挚着、努力的人,即使只有一份工作,都会完美地做好。
